FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KEJADIAN PARTUS LAMA DI RSUD CIAWI KABUPATEN BOGOR
Abstract
According to WHO, in 2015 the global maternal mortality ratio was 216 deaths per 100,000 live births. While in Indonesia in 2017 there were 305 maternal deaths per 100,000 live births. Long parturition contributes to maternal mortality. Based on research conducted in Indonesia in 2017 almost 33.8% of mothers experienced prolonged labor. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with the incidence of prolonged labor at the Ciawi Regional General Hospital, Bogor Regency. This research method uses descriptive research. The population in this study were 107 people. The sampling technique used is total sampling. The number of samples used as many as 107 respondents. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis with chi-square test. The results of the bivariate analysis with the chi-square test showed that there was a relationship between old labor and age with the value of the chi-square test X2 count = 0.387, with an -value of 0.000 with sig (p< 0.05), between long labor and parity, with the value of the chi-square test results, the value of X2 count = 0.215, with the value of -value 0.000 with sig (p< 0.05). So the researchers concluded that parity and maternal age increased the incidence of prolonged labor. It is hoped that the Ciawi Hospital can improve health services, especially by providing immediate treatment for deliveries with complications that require immediate action so as to reduce the Maternal Mortality Rate and Infant Mortality Rate.
