Abstract

Comprehensive care is a continuous and comprehensive midwifery service to clients starting from pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, newborns and contraception that connects women's health needs and individual circumstances. The maternal mortality rate in Indonesia is still relatively high and a big problem as a developing country. One effort to reduce the death rate is by providing Antenatal care services for monitoring and detection during pregnancy, maternal care during delivery, detection of bleeding, infection and hypertension. The aim of this case study is to be able to provide comprehensive midwifery care to Mrs. S at PMB S, Bogor Regency. The case study method used is an observational case study using qualitative data, which was conducted at PMB S Bogor Regency in April – June 2024. The subject in this case study is mother S aged 23 years G1P0A0 starting from pregnancy, childbirth, newborn , postpartum and contraception. The results of the comprehensive midwifery care provided to Mrs. S were that there were no complications or complications that accompanied the mother, both during pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, her baby and the use of injectable contraception for 3 months. When ANC meets the 10T standard and the mother receives complementary midwifery care in the form of prenatal yoga and oxytocin massage, INC runs smoothly, and there are no gaps. The care provided to the mother is care that is appropriate to the mother's needs. Comprehensive midwifery care for Mrs. S at PMB S has been carried out in accordance with midwifery care standards and no complications or difficulties were found during pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, newborns and contraception.
