GAMBARAN KEBIASAAN SARAPAN DAN STATUS GIZI PADA MAHASISWA KESEHATAN

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe breakfast habits and nutritional status of health students. The study design used in this study was cross sectional with 87 subjects. This research conducted in April-December 2022 for health students at the STIKes Bogor Husada aged 18-21 years. The data to be collected includes subject characteristics and breakfast habits. Anthropometric data, such as height and weight for nutritional status/BMI, were obtained by means of direct measurements made by the subject. The results showed that 56.32% had breakfast regularly and 80.46% had breakfast according to the recommendations (before 9.00 a.m). The results of the study also showed that 40.86% had a nutritional status that was classified as normal.
