Abstract

This research was conducted to identify the waiting time for prescription services (compounded and non-compounded drugs) and BPJS patient’s satisfaction at the Internal Medicine Clinic and to analyze its correlation at RSUD Cibinong. This Study is a quantitative research with 92 respondents who were outpatients at the Internal Medicine Clinic. Based on the research results, it was obtained that patient characteristics based on gender were 56 men (60.87%) and 36 women (39.19%), the majority of respondents were aged between 56-65 years with a total of 33 people (35.87%). Based on the level of education, the characteristics of the respondents showed that the majority had high school education with 31 respondents (33.70%). Respondents with junior high school education were 28 people (30.43%) and respondents with tertiary education were 17 people (18.48%). Meanwhile, elementary school education level with 16 people (17.39%) was the lowest number of respondents, while the characteristics of respondents based on work, for private sector employee respondents were 36 people (39.13%). Respondents totaling 35 people (38.04%) were in the unemployed category. The other work categories amounted to 13 respondents (14.13%), and the number of respondents with a total of 8 people (8.70%) was the civil servant category. The data is analyzed by chi square test. The results showed that the waiting time for drug services Pharmacy Installation RSUD Cibinong is 13,0% for compounded drugs and 68,5% for non-compounded drugs, while the waiting time for drugs is not in accordance with the standards for drugs. compounded 1,1% and non-compounded drugs 17,4%. Patient satisfaction at RSUD Cibinong: 92,4% of patients were satisfied and 7,6% were dissatisfied, and there was a relationship between waiting time for drug services and patient satisfaction at RSUD Cibinong, using the chi square test. The obtained p value = 0.006 < α = 0.05 with a contingency coefficient = 0.619, which means the relationship is strong.
